We specialize in both simple workpieces and complex assemblies with the greatest precision based on CAD data, drawings or sketches. Depending on the requirements, we can produce prototypes and individual individual parts in small, medium and large series, as well as in combination with surface treatment and refinement if desired. We process all steels and stainless steels as well as non-ferrous metals and aluminum. On request, you will receive the corresponding material certificates.
Our machinery covers the entire value chain of metal processing from the simple punching machine to the fully automated, combined production system with integrated loading and unloading of the metal sheets. This allows us to customize production to the requirements of the workpiece.

CNC-Lasern
We can use CNC lasers with a maximum processing size of 3000 mm x 1500 mm and with material thicknesses of 0.2 to 20.0 mm for sheet steel, up to 16.0 mm for aluminum and up to 16.0 mm for stainless steel.
CNC punching
CNC punching is available with a maximum machining size of 3085mm x
1280 mm possible for sheet steel 0.5 to 8.0 mm, aluminum up to 6.0 mm, stainless steel up to 6.0 mm with copper and brass up to 6.0 mm.
CNC-Abkanten
CNC bending is possible with a maximum bending length of 3200 mm and a maximum pressing force of 170 tons. We also find suitable solutions for complicated bending sequences.

Our welding systems
Our services include MAG/MIG and TIG welding, laser welding, spot welding, stud welding and aluminum welding.
Combined punching and laser cutting
With our combined Trumatic 7000 punch laser cutting machine from TRUMPF, sheet metal processing of 3085 mm x 1280 mm in sheet thicknesses made of steel and stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals from 0.2 - 8.0 mm is possible. In addition to punching / laser cutting of contours and openings, we can also produce forms such as gills, rims or beads and thread forming in one setup on the machine.
Cutting-edge editing
Our fully automated Trumpf Trumatic 7000 with integrated Sheetmaster enables cost-effective production of large quantities, as it independently loads and unloads sheets and workpieces.
Punching, lasering or both? With us you can always select the best manufacturing process for you, as our combined punching/laser machine TC 7000 is equipped with a wide range of manufacturing options in sheet metal processing and can meet a wide variety of requirements.
Laser cutting through thick and thin
With our modern Trumpf L3030 laser cutting system, we can cut various materials in different thicknesses - from sheet steel from 0.2 mm to 20 mm to stainless steel up to 16 mm and aluminum up to 12 mm. Our machine also has a tube laser device with which we can also process tubes using a laser.
Professional edging
Edge and bending processes bring your sheet metal into shape. For us, both simple and complex bending processes are no problem with bending lengths of up to 3200mm and press forces of up to 170 tons.
welding and joining technology
Whether individual parts or complete welded constructions - we are your competent experts in welding, spot welding and stud welding of all common materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Spot and stud welding as well as pressing in the standard fasteners is a matter of course for us.
Surface treatment for the refinement of your mechanical parts
We can offer you the further processing of your components inexpensively and quickly in our own powder coating plant.
Of course, we can also coat all parts and housings that are produced with our machinery and manufactured in-house. Our experienced employees guarantee you impeccable quality with fast service. You save yourself the logistics and above all the time between production and powder coating.
